Shipping times vary depending on your destination. Please note that all delivery times below are estimates and do not include our order processing time.

- Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information (when available).

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellation
Because we begin processing orders immediately after they are placed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted.
If you no longer wish to keep your order, you may request a return after it has been delivered, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Lost or Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. KLVURA is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
